French operator Neuf has annouced today a deal with the FNAIM, the French National Housing Federation. The FNAIM has 12.000 members, all professionals in the management of housing properties. What Neuf hopes through this deal that covers Paris and it's suburbs is an easier path into the decisions made by housing management syndicates - the players who hold the decision of who gets to pop a housing building.
This confirms - if there was a need - that all three FTTH operators currently deploying in Paris are finding it extremely difficult to get owners to open the buildings for an individual fiber provider...
