I don't have much info, but Orange Slovensko has apparently released an FTTH triple-play offer under the name Orange Fibernet, at least according to Slovak Info. Deployment seems to be growing apace, with 8 cities covered and more coming. Prices range from 18 EUR/month for a 12/1 offer to 35 for a 60/4. Not bad.
The interesting aspect of this is that Orange is mostly a mobile operator in Slovakia. At least up to now. According to Telegeography, the network is due to cover 200.000 customers ultimately, for an investment of 40 million EUR this year.
