Today is Nov. 11th, the day France celebrates the WWI armistice. As a consequence, I'm not working and don't intend to blog extensively, but luckily my good friend and sharp-witted brainiac Rudolf is doing that for me. Rudolf is attending the ITU's Gobal Regulatory Summit 09 in Turkey, and it's an understatement to say that he's blogging and tweeting in-depth!
Check out his thoughts on the conference set-up, his summary of the Global Industry Leaders Forum, his review of the discussions on Connectivity, Openness and Vulnerability (where, incidentally, my research seems to have been quoted!), his overview of the panel on Financial Crisis & Impact on Regulation, his analysis of the discussions on Consumer Protection and his thoughts on the debates around Universal Access.
As if that weren't enough, he's tweeting like crazy under the handle of @internetthought, and you can also follow a (limited) few other tweeters from this conference under the hashtag #GRS09.
Thanks Rudolf!
